Course Description
The remarkably complex and fascinating structures and functions of the human body are studied in-depth. The interdependence of all systems within the body becomes increasingly apparent as the course progresses through the detailed study of skin, bone, and muscle tissue structure and function, and continues with the nervous system, one of the incredible communication systems of the body. Weekly, detailed cadaver dissection in the laboratory offers an unparalleled opportunity to understand the internal structure of the wonderful human body. Three hours lecture; three hours laboratory.
